lc: emerald green blades well mottled silvery grey, more show than species typical in this respect.

prop: comes partly true from seed - and that is a clue it will soon be ruined in at least part of the trade!

Brunnera macrophylla 'Variegata' ('Variegated')

ht: 14 in. tall x 18-20 in. wide
lc: wide but irregular creamy white to pure white margins against light to grey green. There
lc: appears to be lc: a lobed or incised green leaf in the middle of each blade. Reversions are
lc: common and such shoots should be removed for best effect.
fc: bright blue
lu: needs a bit of protection from wind and abuse since the white margin can bruise and turn
lu: brown as well as burning in summer sun. A moist, cool, wind-sheltered spot is best.
id: the green base color of 'Hadspen Cream' is darker and the margins of its a much yellower.
